Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Tunno, a product of Morco Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Description of Service
Tunno is a native macOS application that provides secure tunnels to localhost servers, allowing you to expose local development environments to the internet. The service includes request inspection, traffic capture, and webhook replay features.
Account Registration
You must create an account to use Tunno. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Tunno to:

Subscription and Payment
Tunno offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
Tunno and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Morco Labs LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Tunno is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morco Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of Tunno.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
